Colleen O’Grady has not only been a successful psychotherapist and life coach for twenty-five years; she has also been a mum in the trenches with her own teenage daughter. Colleen started writing a book titled Dial Down the Drama when her daughter was fifteen and completed the manuscript when she was nineteen. Though at times she felt a little crazy for writing this book while she was living the book, it was the perfect way to test her ideas and find out that the principles really do work!
