- 2 x Cans of Organic Chickpeas, drained
- 4 Tbsp of Unhulled Tahini
- 4 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
- 4-6 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
- Olive Oil and Smoked Paprika to garnish
- Put the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic into your blender and blend until you have a smooth paste consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides and repeat until you are happy.
- Spoon the hummus into a dish or glass container and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
